Something I’ve been pondering on lately
People go through life trying to achieve such worldly or physical goals. But really it’s about reaching a feeling. I have so many wants and desires and daydream about where I want to be and what I want to do. I think everyone does. Something I always come back to is how all of those things I want make me feel.
What is it about the present moment that I can feel to allow my goals to come closer to me?
Keep your mind in a constant state of gratitude and appreciation.

I also like to think about allowing. To feel everything too. Whatever it is, allow it. Whether it’s happiness or anger, if it’s a funny feeling, allow it. Sit with it. Feeling everything to it’s fullest extent. Don’t block or hold yourself back. I think that ‘art of allowing’ mindset has really helped me. Letting thoughts and feelings to come and go; treating each experience as something you can learn from, and to help you get whatever it is that you want. Letting the hard times come and go as well. Let yourself feel happiness without worrying about how others will feel. Let them do what they want to do. Let people think how they want to think. Then let yourself go.
